Who The Writer's Room Is and Is NOT For

During the most recent launch for The Writer’s Room – my done-with-you blog writing membership – someone slid into my DM’s and asked me a really good question:

“Is the membership a good fit for someone that’s just starting out with blogs / the process of writing in general?”

It was SUCH a good question and honestly it’s not something I talk about enough, so I wanted to share with you what I shared with her ⬇️

In the simplest way I could possibly say it, The Writer’s Room has been intentionally designed to meet you where you’re at.

Meaning, whether you’re just starting out with blogging in your business and you want to grow your consistency or whether you’ve been blogging for years and you’re simply craving a community to write alongside, you can find exactly what YOU are specifically looking for inside the membership.

Every single member inside The Writer’s Room is there for a different reason. Sure, we might all have a common goal – consistently blog for our business – but the deeper reason for why people are there varies.

For example:

➡️ Some people stay in solely for accountability through Co-writing Wednesday – the weekly hour that’s designated to put your client work aside and focus on content for *your* business.

(There are 5 major reasons why these co-writing sessions work by the way!)

➡️ Others really love the ability to get my eyes on their content and get personalized feedback on their content before publishing – as a member, you get the ability to submit one piece of content for review each week!

➡️ Others LOVE the different trainings that are available inside the membership.

Whether it’s a bi-monthly training from me centered around blogging, email marketing, or another industry adjacent topic that I feel like the group needs most at the time OR from a guest expert that I know and trust, there’s always something going on that you can attend and implement (if you want)!

Here’s a peek into what’s been covered in the past:

(you get access to ALL of these as a member!)

➡️ Some people really like to utilize the writing specific resources that are housed in your Writer’s Room portal.

I call it a Writing Resource Vault and it’s truly a download of my brain to help you write in a way that feels easy and FUN for you while also knowing that it’s content that your audience will resonate with.

If you’re a visual person and want to see a tour of the portal, click here!

Ultimately, when I created The Writer’s Room, I wanted it to be a place that any business owner who had the desire to write consistent long form content for their business could benefit from.

Whether you’ve been in business for years and have experience with writing OR whether you’re newer to the whole business thing and need help starting the writing process from scratch.

It’s not just for beginners. And it’s not just for people who have been blogging or writing forever.

It’s truly meant to meet you where you’re at. 🫶🏼

But like any program out there, I would be naive to say that it’s for EVERYONE. So to help you better determine if The Writer’s Room is a good fit for you, let me break it down ⬇️

Who The Writer’s Room IS For

I’m going to keep this mega simple for you because when it comes to investing in your business, you shouldn’t have to play any guessing games.

The Writer’s Room is best for creative business owners and service providers who:

Have a blog (or want one), but staying consistent is a major challenge. You’re tired of ghosting your audience for weeks (or months) and then starting from scratch all over again.

Are over short-form content that disappears in 24 hours. You want to create work that lasts longer than an Instagram Story.

Want your content to actually support your business, NOT drain it. No more content that’s pretty but purposeless.

Feels stuck in client-first mode and you’re ready to prioritize your own growth. You love your clients, but you’re ready to make consistent space for your business, too.

Thrive with accountability and love the idea of a co-writing community. You don’t want another course to collect digital dust – you want to show up, get support, and write alongside others.

Want a content plan that actually makes sense. You’re tired of winging it and want a content marketing strategy that feels thoughtful and sustainable.

Loves to write, but you’re lacking structure. You don’t want to outsource your voice, you just want it to feel easier to sit down and use it.

Craves support, feedback, and a creative rhythm that doesn’t burn you out. Because let’s be real – if you DREAD creating content for your business, there’s no way in heck you’re ever going to do it.

If you found yourself nodding along to any (or all) of those, then HI, HELLOOOO 👋

The Writer’s Room was built with you in mind and you can join HERE!

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED!

Who The Writer’s Room Is NOT For

So now that you know who exactly the blog writing membership is best for, let’s dive into who it’s really not for.

Because here’s the thing: no community is one-size-fits-all.

While I would LOVE to welcome everyone with open arms into The Writer’s Room, there’s just some people (or really more like scenarios) where the membership wouldn’t be the best fit (and that’s okay!).

The Writer’s Room likely isn’t for you if:

🚫 You prefer to create content solo, without any support, structure, or accountability.

If you’re a lone wolf when it comes to content creation and the idea of feedback or co-writing calls feels distracting instead of helpful, you might not enjoy the collaborative nature of the membership.

🚫 You’re looking for someone to write your blogs for you.

The Writer’s Room is a done-WITH-you space, not a done-FOR-you service. If you want to hand off content creation completely, that’s totally valid, but this isn’t the right container for that.

BUT, I do offer other services that you might be interested in instead!

🚫 You like to create content on a whim, without a plan.

I totally understand that the way people create content is different and I’m not saying that there’s one right way to do it. But if there’s one thing I believe to my CORE, it’s that an effective blog strategy starts with your blog content plan.

That’s why The Writer’s Room is built around my quarterly blog content planning process.

I teach my members how to use this planning process to their advantage and adapt it to fit their content creation style so it’s not a strict step-by-step do this type of situation, but generally if you’re not into mapping things out in advance or setting aside time to write intentionally each week, the rhythm of The Writer’s Room probably won’t align with your style.

🚫 You believe short-form content is the only thing that works.

Listennnnn, I love Instagram Reels and stories as much as the next girl, but it will never be the platform that I ride or die for. I’ve always been a Blogs First, Socials Second girlie and everything I teach stems from that philosophy.

Inside The Writer’s Room, we’re focused on long-form content that can serve you for years to come. Sooooo, if you think blogs are outdated and irrelevant, we probably see content through different lenses.

(But also, if you do believe that blogs are outdated, can I respectfully point you here to learn about how blogs aren’t dead, they’ve simply evolved? Love you, mean it!)

🚫 You aren’t ready to prioritize content for your business consistently.

This one’s BIG because something that I say all the time is that your client isn’t more important than your OWN content.

And no, that doesn’t mean that you neglect your client work and completely forget about the things you need to do for them. That would be whack!

It simply means that you value your own business enough to dedicate time to create content for yourself consistently, too.

As a business owner, it’s SO common for your own marketing to always be the thing that gets dropped – I’ve been there for sure! But the important thing is realizing that and deciding to do something about it.

If you’re NOT in a space where you want to change that, then honestly you may struggle to get the full value from The Writer’s Room.

One of the greatest parts of the membership is that it gives you one dedicated hour every single week to write for your business – but YOU have to show up!

So, is this your room?

There ya have it – who the Writer’s Room IS and is NOT for.

If you’re craving structure, strategy, support, and a writing rhythm that helps your business grow, The Writer’s Room is ready for you.

JOIN THE WRITER'S ROOM

If you’ve been stuck in a cycle of content chaos and want a better way…

If you want to stop creating in isolation and start feeling excited to write for your business again…

If you want your content to feel less like a chore and more like a creative outlet that actually moves the needle...

Then you’re the kind of business owner this membership was made for.

Doors are always open (even though that goes against what many online business coaches teach about launching) and I explain more about my decision behind that here!

But the sooner you get IN the room, the sooner you’ll find your rhythm. 🎉
