I Thought Flodesk Was Just Pretty – Here’s What Made Me Stay
When I first started my business in 2022, I knew for a fact that I wanted to have a newsletter for my audience. I had always worked in marketing and I knew the power of email, so it was a no-brainer that it would be something I prioritized for my own business.

When and how often I’d send it – similar to blogging, I knew that this needed to be something that I do consistently. When it comes to email marketing, people tend to forget about you if you’re sporadic about when you send your emails, so I opted for weekly!
The format / what I would talk about – I follow and teach a “blogs first, socials second” approach, but that applies to email too. EVERYTHING (and I truly mean everything) stems from my blog content. Blogs are the foundation of all of my marketing, so I knew that my newsletter content would be adjacent to my blog content in some capacity.
